What are roofline products?
Roofline products are essential for all homes as they work to protect and adorn home exteriors. Whilst many people tend to overlook good rooflines, poor rooflines are easily noticeable and feature as unfortunate eyesores. What’s more, they can further cause expensive water damage to homes.
There are two key components of roofline products: fascias and soffits. Fascia boards are externally facing and run along the lower edge of roofs. They’re solid enough to both conceal homes from adverse weather as well as carry the weight of guttering. Soffit boards run underneath fascia boards and work to ventilate inside the roof to help prevent dampness and condensation. Thanks to the uPVC materials, each roofline component is easy to clean and durable, and won’t require sanding and repainting, meaning no more climbing ladders!
Our range of guttering systems is designed to work with our fascias and soffits and is available in square, half-round, deep flow, and ogee styles. We even offer cast iron-effect guttering for period properties or those looking for a more traditional aesthetic too.

How much maintenance do fascias and soffits require?
At Clear Vision, we provide premium and high-quality exterior uPVC fascia and soffit, which is why our roofline products require very little maintenance! We recommend cleaning them with clean soapy water every 6 months to help keep them looking their best.
Will I see a return on investment if I replace my roofline?
